Carla has been working as a senior video producer and director for Eater, a Vox Media food website, where she has worked on an extensive number of shows, covering all kinds of food stories.
During her time at Eater, she received two James Beard Award nominations, one of which she won for “Handmade”, a show she created which covers the mastery and craftsmanship of artisans in the food world. She has also been nominated for a NY Emmy, and won the Audience Honor Shorty’s Impact award.
